We collect account details (name, email, company, phone number), workforce and site data you add to the platform, billing information processed by our payment provider, and usage data such as log files, device information, and cookies that help the service run reliably.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the platform, send shift notifications and service communications, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data with trusted processors who help us operate the service — including hosting, SMS and email delivery, and payment processing. These providers act on our instructions under contract. We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
