An admin user is anyone who logs into the HeyTeam platform to manage scheduling, send messages, or view reports. This is typically your operations managers, coordinators, and scheduling staff. Workers and field staff who only receive SMS messages do not count — you can have unlimited workers.
Starter (£29/admin/month) covers day-to-day job & shift scheduling, SMS notifications, GPS check-in/out, a basic client portal, and quoting & invoicing for up to 5 sites. Professional (£49/admin/month) adds auto-fill, the dispatch board, timesheets & payroll export, annual leave management, and a multi-site dashboard for up to 15 sites. Enterprise (£99/admin/month) adds compliance lockout, SLA/contract reporting, API/ERP integration, a dedicated CSM, and a custom SMS shortcode for up to 40 sites.
