Do officers need to use the HeyTeam app?

Firms can also enable SMS backup alerts, so if a guard is on a site with poor signal, hasn't opened the app, or simply responds faster to a text, the SMS kicks in automatically. Both channels work together, so no notification ever goes missed.
How does auto-fill work at 3am when no coordinator is awake?
